She is the FoxNews religious correspondent, not the book reviewer. She was talking about someone writing a book that appears to be offensive to Christianity. He is a devout Muslim spreading propaganda about Muslim hate groups in the US. I think her angle was spot on for this segment. Whether he did have an agenda or not we won't know because he refused to answer and instead tried to mock her.
