I ran across this over the weekend and randomly watched it whitout knowing really what it was about. It starts out explaining the case of the woman who spilled hot coffee on herself and then sued McDonalds over it and then goes on to discuss tort reform and other boring topics that are actually quite interesting (to me) in this context.
