My wife has come up with a brilliant suggestion for the next generations of Development environments everywhere: Video Game-Like Sound Effects
She says that they should have sound effects that go along with the everyday tasks of writing, testing and debugging code. My own thought is that these should be theme based by game or series. If code breaks, have the "death" sound from Pac-Man, a scream, an explosion, etc. When things go well, a level completed sound... for everything, a sound. And this is why I love my wife! Until Later!
