True gel, but any framework is more complicated than no framework.  The beauty 
of rails is that it's so opinionated about things, it keeps developers in line 
on how they implement stuff. In my new job, even though now of the previous 
developers remained, I was easily up to speed on the app with the help of the 
structure and test files.  This is not usually the case with non-framework 
sites.
