The point being is that this has been an issue for a while. Effectively the last presidential election was in part over this. Moreover the SCOTUS has already weighted in on the ACA.
Recent CNBC (http://www.cnbc.com/id/101064954) polled two different groups, using "ObamaCare" for one and "Affordable Care Act" for the other. 30 percent of the public don't know what ACA is, vs. only 12 percent when we asked about Obamacare. 29 percent of the public supports Obamacare compared with 22 percent who support ACA. Forty-six percent oppose Obamacare and 37 percent oppose ACA. What does this tell me. Aside from Americans at times are really butt stupid, it indicates that Americans have been over propagandized, and to a great extent have been lied to by those opposed to the ACA. When questioned about the individual components of ACA, support generally went up to the majority of respondents.
