Sam, I realize that it's hard for you to decipher who's a scientist and
who's not, but that comment actually came from a journalist.  I realize
most of your "scientists" are really bloggers or journalists, but most
people don't consider them scientists.

..and just for some context, what he said was that all the heat that was
trapped in the ocean would be enough to head the atmosphere to that
temperature.
