so, I found the whole video and got more context. He's talking about how when a christian business refuses to participate in homosexual weddings, etc. and the backlash costs the business money.
It's funny, at one point he talks about how a bakery was put out of business because of the homosexual's boycott of the business after they refused to bake a cake for a lesbian wedding. Obviously it was homosexuals keeping them in business if the boycott put them out of business. Maybe the bakers shouldn't discriminate against their best customers. I would think that we be common business sense.
