If you have a mac there are two that are very good, TextWrangler with full
colour coding and syntax highlighting and Texttastic, with the same and
adds a lot of other bells and whistles

For the PC there's NotePad++. While out of the box it has nothing for CF,
Brian Malone has a good blog posting on how to use the ColdFusion plugin
for Notepad++
