I'm just not an XP fan ... There's been issues, friends have had issues
.. Win2k seems pretty solid, and as long as you do the web server setup
correctly, and have ZoneAlarm or similar running, it's safe against
intrusion. 

I'm of the school of "if it's not broke, don't fix it" and I have had
solid luck with this setup. No worms, no viruses, no hacks.

I just don't trust XP yet I guess.
