Ok, so are you saying that your questions are about human evolution? There is a big high level question of "Did humans evolve from a prior species". If you accept the prior notion that species are created due to heritable variation and differential survival due to natural selection then...well...the answer for humans has to be "yes" unless you come up with a scientific reason why darwinian evolution would apply to all other species but not our own.
If you answer yes to the high level question, then, ok there are a bunch of smaller questions you can ask like what the family tree looked like, whether there were interbreeding between branches of the tree, what you call the first true Homo Sapien, etc, which are awesome questions but not really about Evolution as a theory/law/what have you.
