Thanks to everyone for the feedback on this! Something else he asked me about this weekend... many of the "Contract" jobs that are 1099 include that on-site/hours are required. This goes against his (and my own) understanding of 1099, wherein a client can set neither working hours nor conditions. Granted, it seems counter-productive to tell someone, "I want to work for you but you're doing it wrong." I've seen lots of job listings like this in the past but never really paid attention to them until he brought up that point. Is this standard? Until Later! C. Sometimes you just have to do some smelting to find it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:369545 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
