what I do not understand is why is it an issue at all? For instance my
cousin has been happily married to his husband since Canada legalized
same sex marriage in 2003. The world hasn't fallen in, civilization
hasn't crumbled etc. And StatsCan has recently released marriage rates
(up) and divorce rates (down). So the net effect has been very
positive or at the worst, no effect.
