In Oregon, political parties can invite non-affiliated voters into their primaries if they want but that rarely happens. Otherwise, we just get a ballot showing non-partisan races and ballot measures.
The ballot I just filled out was pretty thin. One city measure, a couple of County Commissioner races, City council and that's it. Well, there were all the Judicial races but they all had exactly one candidate, so not much there.
