Have you ever seen the flooding caused by Hurricanes in Virgina - It
literally is ground breaking. After one of the hurricanes that hit
Massenuten Mountain (about 40 miles east of where we are), I saw roads
soured to the bedrock by the flooding. Definitely ground breaking.
