This is all happening on a SQL 2005 machine.

Will have to use the script two more times for certain... don't know if I
want to publish the capability to folks like sales.  Basically we have two
types of clients and the system/business rules (internally) do not allow
one to be changed without assigning a new code.  In most cases this happens
at the end of the year and there's no history to worry about.  In this
circumstance a solution had to be found that would move the client while
maintaining all history under the new code.
