Also I did not think that the phrase was fairly far off, given the reactions and justfication.
BTW lately I've been getting into how ideologies tend to effect low level perception and attentional processing. Some interesting stuff there according to this one journal article, ideology, and the magnitude of those beliefs significantly affects what we pay attention to. Its almost as if Liberals and Conservatives see very different things.
