Anyone want to put on their Psych 101 hats and give me a possible explanation of this:
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/colorado-man-who-disappeared-from-broncos-game-walked-and-hitchhiked-100-miles-home-174658949.html You read about these episodes from time to time. Is there such a thing as a temporary disassociative episode....almost like temporary insanity...where a person just tunes completely out and just......goes walkabout? What are some of the causes or stimuli for this type of behavior? A sane person would obviously realize that their loved ones would be worried sick about them, but these people almost always express surprise that anyone knew they were gone. THis guy left his step son during HALFTIME OF A FOOTBALL GAME...and yet declared he had "no idea people were looking for him". I just don't get it. Some sort of abnormal mental episode must have taken place, right? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:372842 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
