Here's 2 pieces of news, one pre-Charlie and one post. I'm wondering how
many people have heard of either.
This is pre-charlie but it's a Muslim leader speaking in Arabic about the
problems of extremism. Hearing a Muslim leader speaking platitudes in
English to non-Muslims is just about worthless. It's only when they're
speaking in Arabic to their own people that what they say has weight. Sisi
is taking his life into his own hands but maybe it'll be a start of an
Islamic reformation.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which is the largest Islamic
body in the world as well as being the largest bloc in the UN. They've
pushed anti-free speech measures in the past and are pushing them again in
response to Charlie. Sounds like they're really sorry.
