By "the index" do you mean Google?

If the pages are still generated when Google visits the URL then they will
probably never be removed from it, but they will be marked as duplicates
and will likely harm your Google page rank.

To resolve this you will probably need to make sure that pages with
CFID/CFTOKEN in the URL no longer work when crawled by Google.
