Carter is from Georgia and Clinton is from Arkansass... I'm a Native 
Texan.  When I said regional I did not mean Northern vs Southern.

We all have a twang and we all have our distinct words and 
definitions.... doesn't mean they're all the same.  The beauty of 
American English ;)
