At the beginning of the incident, they had quite a few details. Then at
the second news conference, they would deny or not confirm what they just
said. When a reporter asked a question about what they said early, the
reporter was told that was never said. But it was said, even the Mayor
said it. I watched all the news conferences, the FBI flipped more times
than the hamburgers on my grill last night.

Example: FBI and the mayor said the an El Al guard stopped the threat, then
later the FBI said the El Al may or may not of been involved and to what
extent. Even after El Al's press release. When the reporter asking about
the statement the FBI said early, then the FBI said that they would not
confirm or deny it. Then, the Mayor says the El Al security stopped more
people from being killed. Where is the mayor getting the info?

Or, an "unidentified" 52 year old male? If he is unidentified, how do you
know he is 52? When asked if he had ID on him, they said no last night at
8:30pm, but the apartment they were searching last night was his. It
turned out he had two IDs. They could have said that there was ID, but we
do not want to release it that this time or that they had conflicting
identification.

But, want was the FBIs warning about the 4th of July, avoid large crowds.
(on the 4th of July, Good Luck). And these two photo graphs of stadium
that Al Qaede had were generic over head shots and there were no events
that those two stadiums yesterday.

I do not think this is linked to what is happening in the Middle East or Al
Qaede or the "War on Terrorism." I think it was a guy that had a beef with
someone at the airport and pick the 4th of July to do it. He was a limo
driver also.

Guy was not that smart. I think most terrorists know not to attack El
Al. Even their sky cabs are armed... ;-). If it was Al Qaede, I would
think they would attack the United or American Airlines terminals.

At LAX, El Al has one flight a day. United has 200 and American about 150.

Listening to the news this morning the guy sent his family back to Egypt a
few days ago. FBI searching his apartment in Irvine and may have found
explosive material (only heard that on the radio. TV not reporting it).

The gunman's b-day.... July 4th, 1961.
