OK you're missing the big point here, yea throw a punch at a cop and you'll
get your ass beat 2 ways from tuesday but it wont be with the HANDCUFFS on.
Hell they could have put him in the back of the car and shoved a broom stick
up his a$$ too like the NYPD did maybe then you'd see the point.
