Entry into a site by people without express permission of the sites owner would fit
the bill. If the secret service decided to enter the HoF site to remove something from
the archives, it would be hacking my site (in the negative usage of the term). Doesn't
matter that they have my passwords, could walk into CFHosting and touch the physical
server or anything else. It's the permission thing.
