the Todai in Redmond, WA is okay but it's also a good 20-40 minutes from
downtown Seattle (depending on traffic), not really worth the drive (IMHO)
if you want memorable cuisine or a memorable dining experience.

OH!, there's also Etta's ( http://www.tomdouglas.com/ettas.html ) and the
Dahlia Lounge ( http://www.tomdouglas.com/dahlia.html ) (Tom Douglas'
restaurants) near the waterfront, down the street from the Pike Market
(Etta's, Dahlia is a few blocks east). Both are a little pricey, but well
worth it.

Haven't tried Roy's -Seattle ( http://www.roysrestaurant.com/ ) but it looks
interesting...Hawaiian Fusion...that's something I'd like to try :-)
