You don't have to be next to me.  You don't have to allow me to smoke in
your home.  You don't have to come to mine.  You don't have to eat at a
restaurant that allows smoking.  I don't know of any state where you can
smoke in public transportation services, or any other publicly owned
building.

In short you have the right to leave.
