Ummm wow.

Ok,
        Noriega was a bad example.  He actually surrendered to ground forces after
hiding out in a Vatican embassy for a while.  No "crack" snatch and grab.

        However I can assure you that in many places and times US delta, seal and
marine force recon types have executed these missions flawlessly. It's when
you try and use these soldiers and sailors incorrectly that things get
screwed up, like the Seals at the private airport in Panama.
