The U.S. Bill of Rights states that "All men are created equal", and is the cornerstone of the U.S. Constitution. It is my opinion that _any_ person, U.S. citizen or not, should be protected by the Constitution when tried of a crime in or against the U.S by a U.S. court, military or otherwise. To do any less is to completely disregard the Constitution and makes a mockery of the principles upon which our Nation was founded.
