The U.S. Bill of Rights states that "All men are created equal", and is the
cornerstone of the U.S. Constitution. It is my opinion that _any_ person,
U.S. citizen or not, should be protected by the Constitution when tried of a
crime in or against the U.S by a U.S. court, military or otherwise. To do
any less is to completely disregard the Constitution and makes a mockery of
the principles upon which our Nation was founded.
