The layout is pretty good. It's clean and clear and easy to follow. Personally, the text in the main navigation seems a little large, but that's just me. The white space above the page title next to the picture seems poorly used.
I also notice that the page title graphic box changes size/placement between the home and the interior pages. I'm talking about the floormat and the computer with pointing hands. It's a little thing, but helps polish a site. For the articles, one thing I wonder about is how the site will grow. You have beginner, intermediate and advanced sections, and they suffice for the current content, but what happens when (hopefully) you have lots of content in each level? Are you thinking about categories or anything? The last thing to think about is the buttons to add tutorials. Who are they for? You or visitors to the site? I notice that they ask for tutorial to be uploaded as a file. What type of file? They just seem a bit ambiguous to me.
