Get him my robots. HEHEHEHEHEHE I used to have dreams about that damned game.
Lode Runner? Summer Games? The original TSR/SSI Forgotten Realms games (Pools of Radiance?)? Beachhead? Man did I love that 64. Basic, Command line assembler. Hehe, I can't code anywhere near as well as I could when I was 11 or 12. Took too much time off after puberty hit, didn't come back until I was like 21. Anyone have a Vic 20? It was the predecessor to the 64. I also used commodore pets (it's a workstation) at school, before we could afford one for the house. Even ended up with an Amiga after a while, man did I love that machine. 512 k of ram upgradeable to 1 meg. You could even get a hard drive for it. Oh Oh tape drives for the 64 that took audio tapes. Umm cartridge based modems and games. Commodore magazine. I used to check the mail for that all the time, waiting for the new "game" to be released. The coding was as fun as any of the ASCII based stuff you wrote :) Hehe ok so now I feel old.
