my Dad told a story one night at dinner when I was 17 or 18. Darn near got me killed by my mother.
He told about ordering breakfast every morning at this coffee shop near his business. Usually it was the same African-American waitress. She finally asked him why he let his coffee sit for a long time before drinking it. He said "I like my coffee how I like my women, cool and black".
