Is there a medical insurance plan of some kind for people working in the area of the WTC? My father-in-law is in the hospital right now and could use it ... (He had an asthma attack. Thank G-d he's okay, but the bill will be expensive and he has no insurance ... I'm sure the air there is a big factor.)
