The brats are served on buns just like hot dogs, and they only cost $1 each
and that includes a little dixie-cup of Pepsi. Traditional condiments are
onions, sauerkraut and brown mustard. At the event, they also have ketchup,
pickle relish, and they have about six different kinds of mustard like
American yellow, Dusseldorf, garlic and horseradish.

Heck just outside of Madison, we have the Mustard Museum. Funny little place
that has cut more mustard than should be permitted by law. David Letterman
went there once and asked for the spiciest mustard they had. The owner
warned him, but Dave put a spoonful in his mouth and apparently had to be
rushed tot he hospital.

BratFest is now T-Minus 32 minutes.
