I tried installing SP3 on my Windows 2K Pro machine. Half way through I got an exception about Winlogon. Once I closed the dialog all Hell broke loose. My machine immediately rebooted and every time Windows began starting up I got the same dialog box and subsequent reboot. I finally got the thing up and running again (with a few issues of weirdness).
Has anyone ever heard of this? I need to upgrade to SP3 because Visual Studio .NET requires all the latest critical updates prior to install.
