Sheesh. Imagine how the "keeping up with the Joneses" mentality manifests
itself in that neighborhood.

"Honey, the DiDonato's just got a new ICBM tipped with a zillion kiloton
 nuclear warhead."
 "They're *probably* leasing, dear."

 Or the kid's conversation...

"My dad's got a missile in our backyard."
"Oh yeah? Well, my friend's dad's mom's brother has a missile too, except
 it's not a conventional warhead -- it's a nuke. PLus my dad's missile is
 bigger than your dad's missile..."

My thinking is having the thing on site would be a money-making opportunity.
Either I could sell it back to the government for a profit or get state
money for storage and maintenence. Eventually, someone would come along to
take the thing off my hands and then I could turn the place into something
 useful.

Pity, that would be the ideal thing to use on your noisy neighbours.
