Heh, I actually have this. I began work earlier this week. I then
discovered that my mailserver has domain rules that are easy to use - so
I'm playing with that.

However - the coolest thing my file does that the mail server can't? It
can scan an email for Asian characters. BAM! No more freaking Asian
spam.
