It took them 10 days to find the truck after being warned about it by ISAF forces. How exactly does that equate to doing a better job than US intelligence without warning not stopping 3 747's being hijacked by highly funded terrorist cells?
I'd say taking 10 days to find a truck after being told about it in advance is pretty damn poor. Seeing as the article explains that it was our people who told them about the truck in the first place I don't think their incompetence would have made much difference, because the ISAF or the American forces would have stepped in sooner or later. -- jon mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Wednesday, September 18, 2002, 8:39:46 AM, you wrote: BW> http://www.cnn.com/2002/WORLD/asiapcf/central/09/17/afghanistan.truck/index.html BW> Glad they can prevent our people from getting killed :) BW> When we have a much harder time at it here ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
