My opinion is that you'd need to find some sort of specialty and not just another general job board. Going with your theme of sniffles the turtle and the URL sniffles.com, you may consider setting up an offshore child labor B2B website of some sort. Child labor companies over seas could enter how much available children they have to work and what their average output is. Business owners here in the states and in other western nations could bid on blocks of children - like 100 children hours for $250 dollars. This could be anything from textiles to factory work to mining operations. This might be a direction you'd want to take, I've known a few managers that would probably be interested in a service like this. You'd definitely get interest from some of the larger corporations.
