How old are you? I was the same way, 5-10 and 130lbs through college. But after that, securing good jobs, having money to eat out all the time, no exercise, and moving past 30, my weight changed significantly.
I still haven't gotten around to changing my lifestyle to improve the situation, but I keep hoping that watching all those Bowflex commercials on SciFi will lead to weight loss by association.
