So I get into the office and there are two bales of CFMX doc sets
waiting for me, 18 sets of manuals in all.

Man is that Customer Support department (not the technical folks) a
little challenged.

A few weeks ago I upgraded our subscriptions, got the new serials and my
hard drive promptly died a day after and with it all the installables,
emails and records of new serial numbers.
So I called back up to get the new subscriptions issued after taking
ages to prove that I was indeed a genuine owner only to get the Windows
subscription.  We're a Solaris shop which was what we registered and is
even in the old serials numbers.  So I call twice again looking for
Solaris installables, same deal always get an email "inviting" me to
download my free Windows CFMX binary.

So I left it seeing as we're not upgrading anytime soon to CFMX and
today I get 18 manuals.

I just think the whole thing is funny and so glad I don't need CFMX
right away.
