As far as I understand, that is the type of sh** that triggered this action in the first place. Morons bringing their cars into the parking lot and pulling doughnuts and 'vrooming'. I mean shit you want to do that go to a damned drag strip. If there are strips in little Trinidad just for that sort of thing then there sure as hell will be strips in Houston. So it's a pity instead a lot of innocent people and kids that weren't doing anything illegal got arrested.
