I haven't used any other xml tools, but I really love XMLSpy. The
feature that made me get all rubbery kneed was it's ability to take a
DTD and generate an XML packet from it.
So instead of telling the guy on the other end to send me docs on the
XML structure...I just say send send me the dtd, copy the packet into
Studio, fill in the blanks with cf variables, and send it off.

The Visual Designer really makes creating new packets a piece of cake
as well.
