Adam:

It's a post-crash picture, but the picture hides a lot. :)

What you can see:
-In the pic of my daughter with the helmet on, the fairing is scuffed up near
the large vent. The front brake lever is also crescent-shaped.
-In the other pic with my daughter and my wife, the rear fairing is missing a
chunk from the tail. You can't really notice in the picture.
-The exhaust pipe is two-toned. It formerly was titanium colored and, after
the accident, shaped like a V. Had it straightened out, so I painted and
reriveted it.

What you can't see:
-Oil case cracked, leaking a little bit of oil.
-Rear rim scuffed up.
-Fairings no longer fit perfectly -- the fairing stays are bent so the plastic
is a little "off center".
-Dents in the gas tank...
-... And the fact that a totally different engine is in the bike. Details,
schmetails...

To anyone out there considering riding a motorcycle for the first time, I have
two words for you. BUY USED. =:O

Thanks for the comment on the bike, Adam.

Vinny, is that picture of your bike pre or post crash? If it's after, it looks
like new. If it's before, I guess it is then ;o)

ride safe!

Adam.
