As if the lawyers bringing this case forward aren't exploiting anything. You
think the $6M sitting on the other side of this lawsuit really doesn't have
anything to do with their "kind hearted service" to these homeless men?

I can actually visualize them driving around las vegas (just like the
creators of the film did) hunting for the homeless man with a big tattoo on
his forehead. 

"Hey man, you wanna make some REAL money?" 
"Uhhh sure."
"Get in the mercedes, we'll talk! Try not to touch the leather too much."
