See, we can be useful and technical.

My solution (since the others didn't work consistently) was to rename the form to a 
string plus a random number.

Suddenly the caching is no longer a problem.

Inelegant, but will get me on the train home on time.

No cache headers should fix it. Didn't try it myself.

Only if you are a regular on the Mozilla bugtracker. This one has 
generated quite a bit of debate on what was the proper behaviour.
