Boy, this kinda sounds like minority report. Kill the author before he's committed a crime. Sure the books seems distasteful (not certain as I don't own it and probably never will), but as long as the author has not committed any crime, why should anything be done to him. Just because someone doesn't think like you do or act like you do doesn't mean they should be drawn and quartered (unless of course they break the law!) Anyway, how can you be so cruel as to make anyone sit through a Rams game!
