I may be able to distinguish between the fact that you are the one telling me I'm a frigging idiot, and its not the company, BUT, it causes harm to your company if you do it in a way that pisses me off ... guilt by association, that sort of thing ... kind of like seeing drivers in a company truck cut people off in traffic ...
