Hebrew - language of the Torah, ancient language of the Jews. The modern
spoken form differs in many ways from the biblical form which is still
taught extensively.
Yiddish - mixture of Hebrew with German with a smattering of other languages
local to northern Europe.
Aramaic - Language used in the Talmud and spoken around 5th century CE.
Taught extensively in Jewish schools as well.
