Wasn't a joke. All the Orthodox I've seen wore hats. Didn't know they wore a Yarmulke underneath. So in addition to the Yiddish and Hebrew terms Yarmulke and Kippah, was including the technical term "hat". Found that amusing. Gee, I make myself smile. :-)
