talk about your low flyovers etc - The refinery I work at is adjacent to the Buchanan Field general aviation airport in Concord, CA, and to the semi- mothballed Concord Naval Weapons Station.
We've had formations of Marine CH-46 Sea Knight helicopters flying low through the area for the last couple of days. These are large, loud, two-rotor troop- carrying helicopters. They've been flying in groups of six. Turns out they are part of a Marine Expeditionary Force from Camp Pendleton (Oceanside, CA - north of San Diego). They are conducting "routine training" for practice in "urban area flight operations", and this is supposedly _not_ connected to any specific plans for Iraq. Riiiight. -Ben ______________________________________________________________________ Signup for the Fusion Authority news alert and keep up with the latest news in ColdFusion and related topics. http://www.fusionauthority.com/signup.cfm Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
