The analogy wasn't based on the laws in the US. I said he would either
get life in prison or get the Death Penalty.

The US is not the only place that has the death penalty either. And many
places in the US don't have the death penalty, here that is something
that the states choose, criminal law is part of the state, each state
has different rules and enforces them differently.

My statement was a broad one that would have covered most of the world;
Life in prison or the Death Penalty, should have covered the world.

How would you deal with him? Would you deal with him?
